I believe age is just a number, and I'm way more mature than the girls around my age. I might be young, but life hasn't been that easy for me. I'm working, and studying at the same time. So my partner should let me finish my education. If he doesn't want me to work, then he needs to be ok with being the only provider. I'm ok with both options.
